Aranda/Lasch: Tooling

Aranda/Lasch: Tooling

The exhibition Aranda/Lasch:Tooling documents a few of the architect's projects since 2004.

Aranda/Lasch is a New York-based architectural studio headed by Benjamin Aranda and Chris Lasch. They recently published the book Pamphlet Architecture #27: Tooling about their experimental approach to procedural design. Their video work, operating under the name terraswarm, has been shown at media and film festivals internationally, and includes a screening of The Brooklyn Pigeon Project on PBS Channel Thirteen. Aranda/Lasch were selected as finalists for the MoMA/PS1 2005 Young Architects Program as well as the “Mountain Hut Competition” hosted by the US Park Service and took 1st place for their Las Vegas Gateway competition entry. Aranda/Lasch has been exhibited at the MoMA and Artists Space gallery in New York and will be featured in a group show at Miami Basel and another in Marseille later this year.
