Code Standards
This site is developed and tested using a wide variety of tools and common standards. Our primary goal is to ensure that the site is usable to as many people as possible, including visitors using any assistive technologies. To achieve this goal, we try to meet the XHTML 1.1 specification, using CSS to implement the look and feel of the site. We also attempt to meet Ohio State's Minimum Web Accessibility Standards (which were developed based on the US government's Section 508 and the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).
