Resources

While we try to make this website as packed with information as possible, there are still many other resources which can be useful for the Knowlton community. Here is a listing of some sites which are in some way related to our School.

Knowlton Web Sites

The Knowlton Community

The Knowlton Community is a platform for the students, faculty and staff to collaborate on group projects and share their creative work with internal and selected external peers.

KSA Undergraduate Advising

This site is for current Ohio State undergraduate students in Architecture or Landscape Architecture or either pre-major program. Prospective high school or transfer students should schedule a Knowlton School of Architecture program overview and tour by contacting Ohio State's Undergraduate Admissions office at 614-292-3980 or by registering online at http://campusvisit.osu.edu.

Open KSA

Open KSA is a collection of digital resources that may be used for teaching, learning, and research by the KSA and the global community.

KSA Digital Library

Need an image of a building, landscape, or student project? The Digital Library currently has more than 35,000 images available, with special collections devoted to student projects over the last 100 years, Knowlton Hall itself, and significant architecture, landscape architecture, and city & regional planning projects from around the world.

Architecture Library

Well worth the trip up the ramps to the top of Knowlton Hall, the library's reading room also doubles as a classic furniture gallery.

Banvard Gallery at Knowlton Hall

The Banvard Gallery is dedicated to thought-provoking installations with particular relevance to the disciplines of architecture, landscape architecture, and city and regional planning. In the spirit of the broad reach of these professions, this includes sculpture, photography, and site-specific art in addition to professional work, materials and technology, and contemporary practice.

Herrick Building Archives

When complete, this archive will contain John Herrick's research regarding known structures at The Ohio State University from the inception of the University in the 1870s through 1988. Herrick's research forms an unprecedented and comprehensive history of both the structures at the University and campus planning efforts.

KSA Support Intranet

Peek into the internal life of the School - find out about undergraduate advising, the school's IT and fabrication technology, and read other internal announcements. For members of the KSA community, this is also where you can submit an IT Problem Report.
