Arnold Berke '69
Arnold Berke is the Senior Editor of Preservation Magazine produced by the National Trust for Historic Preservation in Washington, DC. Wrote the book "Mary Colter: Architect of the Southwest" (Princeton Architectural Press, 2002) about the life and works of an early 20th century woman who designed buildings and interiors for travelers in the Southwest during the heyday of railroad tourism. The book was honored in 2003 with a "Willa" award by the group Women Writing the West as the best nonfiction book of the year.
