CRP 735 went into an in-depth user analysis of COSI, Columbus' "Center of Science and Industry" designed by Arata Isosaki with NBBJ Columbus. Through observations of use and interviews with staff members, visitors about the building interior and with additional people about its exterior appearance, students in CRP 734 developed recommendations for short term, midterm and long term actions to improve functioning. The report details the recommendations, some of which we summarize below. Signs and wayfinding emerged as the most consistently reported problems. To see the report, go here.
