Student Project: Group Project

Students learned the process and procedures associated with managing a planning program, and the use of a variety of techniques to implement plans. With the assistance of Dr. Evans Cowley, students investigated the feasibility of adopting a new growth management technique through case studies. Case studies include Zero Lot Line Housing, Performance Zoning, Urban Growth Boundary and Transfer of Development Rights. Case studies include Zero Lot Line Housing and Performance Zoning.
