The Landscape Architecture Co-op Program offers students the chance to step away from academia for a full year and to pursue professional work in a design firm. A co-op program typically adds one year to the BSLA program, but provides students with an invaluable professional experience. We currently have formalized co-op arrangements with MKSK and NBBJ, both internationally recognized design firms. Co-op positions in both of these firms are highly competitive.

Landscape Architecture students generally apply for co-op positions during their Junior year, allowing them to start working during the summer between their Junior and Senior years. They return to school a year later in order to finish their classes in sequence.
