School Launches new Knowlton Ambassador Program

 

The Knowlton Student Services Office is excited to announce the Knowlton Ambassador Program! The Knowlton Ambassador Program is a volunteer opportunity for rising Knowlton undergraduate students to assist in the recruitment of prospective undergraduate students and promotion of the Knowlton School of Architecture.


Ambassadors will have the opportunity to:

  • Meet with prospective students and families to answer questions about the undergraduate programs, the Knowlton School and Ohio State
  • Conduct Knowlton Hall Tours
  • Participate as panelists during Knowlton open houses and visit days
  • Represent the Knowlton School at university sponsored recruitment fairs
  • Call prospective students to discuss the undergraduate programs and co-curricular programs offered at Knowlton
  • Participate in local high school visits with a Knowlton Staff member


(Please note: Knowlton Ambassadors are expected to conduct either two tours or other activities per month per semester)

Application Criteria

Knowlton Ambassadors must be:

  • Current Knowlton undergraduate students
  • In good academic standing at the university and in their major-minimum cumulative GPA of a 3.0 is required
  • Actively engaged at Knowlton and/or the university
  • Passionate about discussing the programs offered at the Knowlton School and Ohio State University

  • Advising Report
  • Statement of Intent (please see attached PDF)
