Bernardo Fort-Brescia, FAIA is a founding principal of Arquitectonica. This planning, architecture and interior design firm began in Miami in 1977, and today has offices in New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Madrid, Dubai, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Manila, Lima, Sao Paulo and Buenos Aires. Mr. Fort-Brescia did his undergraduate work at Princeton and graduated from Harvard GSD, where he has also taught. He has been Fellow of the American Institute of Architects since 1992 and is a recipient of the American Institute of Architect’s Honor for Design Award and the Silver Medal for Design Excellence. A champion of modernity, Bernardo is designing prominent buildings in New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Miami, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Paris, Madrid, Milan, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Buenos Aires. Arquitectonica has designed buildings in 31 countries and won more than 100 prestigious design awards. Arquitectonica's work has been featured in 3,000 national and international publications, and been the subject of numerous museum exhibitions.
