Conservation Zoning

 

Conservation Zoning is now available to planning practioners and public officials who are interested in learning about the fundamentals of conservation subdivision design and zoning. This course is available for you to access and complete at anytime that is convenient for you.

This course covers the fundamentals of conservation zoning. The course provides instruction on the legal basis of conservation zoning, components of conservation zoning, discussion of conservation based subdivisions and the application of conservation zoning in local communities.

Course presenters include Phil Laurien, AICP Executive Director of the Delaware County Regional Planning Commission and Donald Jenkins President of the Board of Trustees for Bath Township.

The price for this course is $50.

This course qualifies for two hours of AIA Continuing Education credit. This course qualifies for two hours of Kentucky Planning Continuing Education Credit, as well as two hours of AICP Continuing Education Credit. This courses may qualify for Tennesee Continuing Education Credit, contact your employer to find out.
