Ethics for Planners and Public Officials

 

Ethics for Planners and Public Officials is designed to provide real-world examples of ethical situations in planning. This course takes participants through ethical situations and teaches how to apply to the Code of Ethics of the American Planning Association and the American Institute of Certified Planners.

Course presenters include Carol Barrett, FAICP Director of Planning for the City of San Marcos, Texas. Ken Pearlman, JD, AICP a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission of Worthington, Ohio.

This course has been submitted for 1.5 hours of AICP Certification Maintenance credit. This course qualifies for 1.5 hours of Kentucky Planning Continuing Education Credit. This courses may qualify for Tennesee Continuing Education Credit, contact your employer to find out.

The course fee is $75.
