Curt and Jonathan Moody of Moody Nolan, the largest African American-owned architecture firm in the United States, are joined by Lark Mallory of Affordable Housing Trust for Columbus and Franklin County for a conversation with Jason Reece on the upcoming exhibition in the Banvard Gallery.

Moody Nolan’s projects face the challenges of deeply rooted systemic failures—slavery, failure to invest in proper infrastructure, and zoning regulations that provide residents with a lack of social support.

Curt Moody, Jonathan Moody, and Lark Mallory will talk with Assistant Professor of City and Regional Planning Jason Reece about their upcoming Banvard exhibition and their work with communities that have experienced a decline due to bad policy and lack of investment. Christian Joosse will moderate the discussion.
