A monthly event hosted by Counseling and Consultation Service clinicians Joni Sivey and Hunter Sully.
Knowlton students are invited to join for a 15-minute lesson on a rotating set of topics followed by time for consultation, practice, and more.
Are you struggling to balance work, school, and life? Do you have trouble saying no and find yourself resentful towards others? Do you find yourself putting your own needs last?
If this sounds like you, please join Joni Sivey, LISW-S and Hunter Sully, Ph.D. for some helpful tips and strategies on setting healthy boundaries in professional and social settings. Feel free to bring a lunch and take part in psychoeducation, discussion, and time to practice skills between 12:30-1:30. Additional individual one-on-one support or discussion, if needed, from 1:30–2 p.m.
