Landscape Architecture Co-Op Program

Landscape Architecture Co-Op Program

The Knowlton Landscape Co-Op Program provides students the opportunity to gain valuable professional work experience without delaying graduation and allows firms to connect with advanced undergraduate students.

Firms advertise co-op positions, and students prepare and submit portfolios and application materials in the autumn and are placed with firms for the spring term.

The program is open to students in the third year of the BSLA program and allows students to earn credit for an advanced design studio (6 credits) in the spring semester.

Co-op placements require a minimum of 20 hours per week and are paid a competitive rate. Additional funding may be available through the Cowles Family Landscape Architecture Co-Op Support Fund.
