Bennett and Lewis Recognized for Teaching Excellence by Sphinx Honor Society

Knowlton School Assistant Professor of Landscape Architecture Katherine Bennett and Assistant Professor of Architecture Karen Lewis were recognized by the Sphinx Senior Class Honorary for their contributions to undergraduate education. To be recognized, current student members of Sphinx must nominate Ohio State faculty based on their commitment to continued excellence in and commitment to teaching at the university. In making the ward, the honor society highlighted Bennett and Lewis’ dedication to mentoring undergraduate students at Knowlton.

The Sphinx Senior Class Honorary, a student organization in existence since 1907, each year “links” 24 Ohio State students from across campus into a community meant to honor individuals who exhibit exceptional character and potential for accomplishment.
