City and Regional Planning Transportation Studio Profiled in Columbus Dispatch


City and Regional Planning Lecturer Jason Sudy’s graduate Transportation Studio (CRPLAN 6950) has been highlighted in the Columbus Dispatch. Planning students in Sudy’s course are engaged in a comprehensive review of parking space usage in German Village, an area experiencing chronic parking shortages for residents and local businesses.  The study, being produced for the German Village Society, is tracking every parking space in German Village, and tallying all vehicular traffic that routes through the area.  When completed in late April, it will include an analysis of the parking needs in German Village and will make a set of recommendations.
