City and Regional Planning doctoral candidate Başar Özbilen has been won the 4th place in the university-wide 2021 Three Minute Thesis Competition.

The 3MT is an academic competition for PhD students and master’s students pursuing a master’s thesis, to describe their research within three minutes to a general audience.
