Jennifer Clark Awarded the Regional Studies Association 2022 Best Book Award

City and Regional Planning Section Head and Professor Jennifer Clark was awarded the Regional Studies Association’s 2022 Best Book Award for Uneven Innovation: The Work of Smart Cities. The book investigates the smart city concept and argues that urban changes driven by the technology sector follow patterns that lead to imbalanced access and opportunities. The book previously won the 2021 Best Book in the Field of Urban Affairs.
