Jacquelyn joined the Knowlton School in August of 2016 as the Graduate Programs Coordinator for Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and City and Regional Planning. As a member of the Knowlton Student Services team, she supports graduate students in navigating the administration of their education, providing guidance on policies and procedures related to course registration and graduation requirements.

After earning her bachelor’s in Linguistics from Miami University (2007), Jacquelyn enjoyed working and traveling abroad for years before returning to the United States for graduate school. She graduated from Kent State University (2014) with a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration, specializing in Internationalization. Before joining the team at Knowlton, Jacquelyn worked in international admissions at Kent State University and English as a Second Language Programs at The Ohio State University. Since becoming a Graduate Programs Coordinator, Jacquelyn has been an active member of Ohio State’s Association of Graduate and Professional Administrators (AGPA) and will serve as a Professional Development Co-Chair in the 2017-18 academic year.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for prospective Master’s and PhD students; arrange prospective student visits
  • Manage graduate admissions documents and data for Knowlton programs
  • Course registration assistance for graduate students
  • Assist students in navigating graduate school requirements and forms
  • Degree audit and graduation requirement check
