This project starts with four simple transformed diagrams connected to form the urban scale project in the central park areas in Cincinnati. The abandoned subway spaces underground and the spaces on ground level were designed, followed by the two final diagrams. The four required elements are objects extruded from the diagram and connected by the circulation system on plans and sections.

Many of the details that were designed, such as slopes, stairs, and elevators, connect two layers of this project and create a good circulation system. In order to show the differences between two layers, parts of the bazaar spaces are formed into an irregular geometric shape, while the plaza and entrance on the ground level are designed with symmetrical shapes.
