Martin Fenlon (BSArch ’97, MArch ’99) was awarded a merit award in the Small Single Family Residential category from AIA Los Angeles for his Sunset Terrace project. The jury said that Sunset Terrace’s stood out because of its spiral staircase feature and that the residence is an “impressive modern interpretation as a celebration of materiality and light.”
