Meen Wook Jung is a second-year Ph.D. student in City and Regional Planning.

His research interests cover urban thermal environment, heat equity, climate justice, and green infrastructure planning. He specializes in computational microclimate simulation analysis and geographic information systems, and their application to climate justice and green infrastructure planning.

He earned his master's degree in Community and Regional Planning from Iowa State University, Ames, and a bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from Kyungpook National University, Daegu, South Korea.
