Justin Parscher is an Assistant Professor of Practice at the Knowlton School, teaching design, history, and theory. His research work centers on the rhetorical processes through which communities construct and interpret landscapes. He is the editor of the Source Books in Landscape Architecture, and the author of Testing Grounds: 100 Years of Landscape Architecture at The Ohio State University. His work has appeared in Landscape Architecture Magazine, LA+, Future Anterior, and Kerb. Parscher was previously a Visiting Assistant Professor at the Sam Fox School of Washington University in St. Louis. He received an MLA from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a BA from Sarah Lawrence College.
