Section Head and Professor of City and Regional Planning Jennifer Clark was featured in episode 9 of Regionalists on Film, a series of interviews with emerging and established regional scholars focused on regional research and the regional question in the U.S.

Jennifer Clark was interviewed by Michael Glass of the University of Pittsburgh.

Professor Jennifer Clark is Professor and Head of the City and Regional Planning Section at the Knowlton School in the College of Engineering at The Ohio State University and holds a courtesy appointment with the Department of Geography. She is also a Visiting Professor of City and Regional Planning with the School of Business at the University of Stavenger in Norway.

Our conversation focuses on her work about urban innovation and the ‘smart city’; we discuss how these questions matter for understanding city-region development, and how regional scholars can position themselves to provide policy-relevant solutions.
